Where did my lift go?! Opinions on a beefier suspension (BP-51)

I'm going to try and make this short:

Running OME coils and shocks. Heavy up front, mediums rear.
Been on for a couple years now.

I have some weight up front - steel bumper and winch (about 250 lbs combined).

Current center hub to fender height is 21.75" (almost stock I believe?)

I was parked beside a stock 5th gen and it was almost the same height as me, same with stock Jeeps. I know it's due to the weight and previous abuse. Time to upgrade...

Would the BP-51's bring the front end up some? I almost miss not carrying all the weight around with me, but it's necessary for the trips I do.

My stock 2010 Trail measurements are 19.25" in front and 21.5" in the back. Looks like you still have a 2.5" lift up front and minimal lift in the back, assuming you're at 21.75" all around.

Yes and no. A coilover will allow you to change the preload on the spring through raising the spring perch, but this comes at the expense of travel. A stiffer spring will have more of an effect for a given shock length

Looks like you are doing pretty well. Throw some heavies in the rear and keeping rocking on. By far your cheapest and easiest solution. The OMEs can handle some weight.

I guess I just became accustomed to the height. I lost my original numbers but I swore the stock measurements were higher. Thanks for clarifying. It would be nice to get a couple more years out of the current setup. They do a great job with absolutely no maintenance involved.

Right after mods it seems bigger, but as time goes on, we just get used to our trucks and forget. Also, 3" is just not tons of lift. I always remind myself, the lift is there to accommodate the tires. Now, tires do get smaller as tread wears down so seeing lift reduced over time is normal from that perspective. On the ever-common 33" duratracs, the tread depth is 18/32 so if you wore them down 50% that is just over half an inch your truck will come down. Makes a difference. I always start thinking my truck looks "low" when I haven't done a mod in a little bit.

Ome in my experience sagged out pretty bad after 16-18 months. I may have 650lb eibachs fronts and medium duty Metaltech progressive rate LT rears up for grabs before too long here too

I have just installed ome HD front, with OME shocks. For your reference I have a very similar weight up front. My center to fender height is 22.5, and i have a 1/4 top spacer on driver side only, they are dead even.
