where does this wire go????

hey, so im so confused as to where this one harness goes, i just put my entire engine back together, and this is the only thing i can figure out.

(btw pic was taken with laptop, thats why its flipped xD )

Looks like it's what would attach to a vsv on top of the valve cover.

thanks for the suggestion! both valve cover harness' are plugged in aha, ive been lookin over my entire engine.. cant find where this one plugs in xD anyone else?

I am not sure that I have ever seen that plug connected to anything in any of the runners or trucks that I have seen. Most 22re's no longer have the VSV's on top of the valve cover any more because people usually get rid of them. Either way, if you leave it tucked away it won't affect anything. However, I'm pretty sure that goes to one of the VSV's. The 4runner originally came with two of them. An A/C idle up and a fuel pressure up vsv.

ohhhh, awesome! yea ive been driving the truck fine without worrying about it and if there IS an A/C one, then its ok because i dont have a/c! thanks a lot!

That definitely connects to your flux capacitor....

Am I losing my mind or is your intake manifold on the wrong side of the motor? Did you mirror your picture before you posted it?
