Where to buy trail badges?

Someone on here was selling 3D printed badges a while ago. I think I remember something about there being controversy over the quality of them, but I didn't really pay attention due to my disdain for badges in general. You can probably search '3D printed' and find the thread.

I had a friend cut me some custom decals... he would sell 3/$10.
I wonder if he would do TRD PRO decals for my Trail?

These were done in chrome material, digitally printed black and red, and an opaque piece of white vinyl overlaid, then laminated with clear gloss lamination, contour-cut around the whole thing.
I may re-do these sometime soon (next month?), maybe I'll throw a few extra on the printer when I do if there's interest. They are a royal pain in the ass to do, as my printer doesn't like to print on the chrome material, so I have to laminate the chrome before I print on it.
I'll make sure to print a darker black next time too.

I had no idea Toyota made official Trail Edition badges for the 4runner until I stumbled on a set on Ebay...wish they added them as a standard option. I LOVE the font on this badge. Looks classic and rugged. Will be placing mine on later today.

The Trail Edition badging has been applied. I didn't want to apply them to the door panels, like the 2009 version. Instead, I applied them on the rear pillar where the usual model badging goes. I placed them on top of one another, slightly staggered. Really happy with how it came out

Just curious why the interest in labeling a vehicle something it isn't? Surely it doesn't impact the resale value, does it?

His is a Trail edition, yeah the badge may have come from a 4th gen but it is still sold as a Trail.
Why do people have plastic license plate frames? You can surely remove it or change it out quite quickly. It does nothing for your trucks operation.
Why do people use Rogaine? They are obviously losing hair, it certainly doesn't do anything physically for them, does it improve the way they feel about themselves? Maybe.
The answer? Because they want too? I am not really sure why that is hard for some folks to understand. Or are you just fishing?

My vehicle IS a Trail.. Says it on my INS card. Says it on the Monroney Sticker. Says it in the brochure I looked at before deciding on that model. Says it on Toyota.com

gross... when I see an aftermarket emblem or sticker, it just makes it tacky and it looks like an after thought. Especially for those that have stickers that look like a grade 9 etched out.

this for real? Looks awful. Too small and looks like someone designed it out of putty.
Get the Shapeways instead...if you really need an additional emblem. At least that one looks presentable.

Damn if we were all the same life would be boring as shhhh. There are many things out there that aren't my cup o' tea but have a little respect. I've grown tired (for myself) of black wheels and murdered out vehicles but I ain't gonna tell another enthusiast his taste sucks.
Man, I'm rocking stock silver wheels, white letters out, still have the OE chrome badges and have the 'gawd awful' front and back sliver valences. It's mine and many out there might dislike the looks. To each his own brotha.
