Where to find invoice pricing?

So a buddy of mine wants to trade his Sequioa in for a 4Runner. He's a smart shopper, but wanted to know what the invoice pricing was. Various sites (Toyota, Edmunds) used to have this information available, but I can't seem to find it now.

My question: Are there any web sites that show the MSRP and Invoice Pricing for the 4R and the various options?

Not sure how accurate this is, but: 2013 Toyota 4Runner SUV SR5 Price With True Market Value^®

Once you finish selecting the options and what not, it should show you the invoice price in the "True Market Value" tab.
