Where to get supplies for the deckplate mod?

Okay so I've been searching everywhere high and low and I can't seem to find anything on where to get a deckplate from. Me being in Navy I should know that right? Haha. Wrong, I can't find it, could someone help me out before I spaz out or something? I also hear it makes the runner louder too...I've had CAIs before and they never really made that much of a difference on bigger engines for me, but then again I've never had a silencer box either, I'm also going to do the ISR mod on my 98. Anyone have a picture on where the vac line is supposed to be relocated to? It really can't be that much louder can it?

If you have a completely stock setup right now, and then do the ISR and a deckplate mod, it will be louder. Instead of hearing the exhaust pickup when you WOT, you'll hear the intake pulling from the engine bay as well. It's a significant difference.

Hm, I found the deck plates off amazon, and I'm going to do the ISR mod. Cool video but I feel it doesn't do the justice it needs.

Yeah, it sounds a little different in person. Videos don't do any audio visuals any justice. Well good luck with it, and if your going for sound, you'll get it.

I did it, and while yes its a little louder, I found no gains... But after hitting the trails, I noticed that my air filter seemed to get dirtier much quicker, so the plug for the deckplate has been back on the truck ever since.
