Which 99-00 mid-generation upgrades are direct swaps into 96-98's?

Hey Guys,
I've been looking for a 99-00 5-speed for a while. I would like to open up my search criteria to include 96-98's, but there are a few nit-picky mid-generation upgrades I'd like to have (center console & steering wheel primarily). Long story short, which of the 99-00 mid-generation upgrades are direct bolt-ins or can be easily swapped into a 96-98 5 speed?

I've seen the threads and understand the center console swap is doable. What about the steering wheel and rear seats (headrest holders)?

How about the "1-touch" window controls?

I can live with the other minor stuff (power outlets, overhead console, rear storage, mirror design, digital odometer, dash controls, etc.)

Center console drops in if you have the bracket and handbrake, you'll need to relocate the rear window switch if you don't do the center dash swap though.

Overhead console should drop right in too. Rear seats will bolt in, but the fabric may not match the fronts since there were a few types used on the 3rd gen. I know a few have upgraded the steering wheel successfully. The rear storage panel will drop in but is a different shade of tan if that's the color of interior you have.

The passengers auto-down window does not swap in, different plugs in the switches.
