Which aftermarket harness to use with a 2003 JBL System??

I have a 2003 4Runner with a single disc JBL system. Which kit is best to use to upgrade to an aftermarket radio. Metra or Schosche? Has anyone used these in a 2003 with the JBL system?

Metra TYTO-01 will allow you to keep all your speakers. Dunno about that harness crutchfield is talking about. TYTO-01's been proven to work by many people here in the forum, including me.

I decided to go with the Metra harness. It's on sale at Circuit City for $60 compared to the Scosche for $150. I'll keep everyone posted on the install. Thanks
