Which Of These 4Runners Would You Buy?

So, in the quest to downsize from my F150 supercrew I have most likely decided on a 5th gen 4Runner. They've been on my mind for quite a while. I looked into them a few years ago when I bought my Mustang and I looked into them again last fall when I bought my F150. So I've narrowed it down to 2 that I'm interested in. They're both 2015 non-KDSS Trails and both have the Entune premium deal with navigation etc.

I usually do about 30,000 miles per year, so I'd blow through that little bit of CPO warranty pretty quick. I definitely prefer Super White to Classic silver, but not sure if I like 2,400 times as much :wof:

with the mileage difference it looks like you are almost getting a year's driving value for $2,400.00 That's not bad.

I'd go for the lower mileage option. CPO warranty does give you some assurance if anything goes wrong. Plus, you like the color better.

Get the color you want. If I've learned anything from my years of buying and selling cars about once a year due to getting bored/being unhappy, it's not to settle. Work the best deal you can and buy the one that you like the color the most on.

I'll vote for #1... Lower miles will probably be worth it, and it's the color you want, which is more important than you may realize

[MENTION=119168]zw470[/MENTION] I'd go with Runner #1 just on miles alone ha. I do over 30K miles/year driving and I've done 3K/mo since I've had my TE. Got it in June 2017 have just passed 48K miles overall. I considered a used 4Runner but realized that with the amount of miles I expected to drive and the lack of depreciation, I felt new was the way to go. The good thing is that the Toyota is one of the few manufacturers that I would actually consider buying used. Keep us updated.

Well, it's not the color I want, I just prefer it to the alternative. Quicksand and Voodoo Blue TRD Pros are still out of my budget :moping:

I could always get a wrap done someday, but if I go that route I'm having the shop bust out the Multicam :eyebrows:

Got financing squared away with my credit union and confirmed that the dealer still has the Super White one on the lot. Hopefully by this time tomorrow I'll finally be a 4Runner owner :frog:

I voted silver just because of the color. Overall 4Runners are solid and an extra 21,000 miles is nothing. Save the $2,400 and get #2.

Dealerships hate CPO cars because Toyota mandates a % of them on their lot. They make the dealerships jump through a the extra hoops but rarely make it up on price. Same could be said for extended warranties, they are not overly utilized.

Good luck OP! Hope you feel confident in your decision, the 4runner is definitely more solid feeling than the Taco! And extended warranties never hurt
