Which oil for 7mgte swap - Age old question but new application.

So I'm just finishing putting a 7mgte jdm motor with 35k into my 88 4runner. I used the 7m n/a bellhousing, 5m motor mounts, and mated it straight to my w56 5 speed so the driveline is essentially stock. Thats the setup.

What oil should I run in the motor, trans, transfer case, and differentials? I was thinking to go amsoil cause I can get them at dealer prices but should I go synthetic when the majority of the driveline didn't have synthetic in the past?

I'm looking for the basics of what I should be putting in considering that I'll be using it mostly on the road for now and won't be doing heavy off roading.

This isn't an awnser but I have a question for you I'm looking into put a non Turbo 7m in mine did you change your fuel pump?

No I kept the same fuel pump in for now. We'll see how it runs but the fuel pressure between the supra and 4runner pumps was pretty similar so I heard that it should run fine unless I'm running way over stock boost.
