Which Spark plugs for an 2006 V6 Runner

I apparently am way over on the maintainence for my spark plugs. I thought from the manual and even the dealership telling me that I didn't need to change the plugs until 100K miles. Well I guess that doesn't include the V6's for which I am at 68K miles

My question is what has everyone had luck with? The standard NGK's or Denso's from my Toyota dealer or the Irdidiums from the same manufacturers. I know the standards cost about 50% less. Also I've heard people say they got WORSE performance from the irdidiums.
