Which [toytec] full 3" lift kit with 500lbs of armor?

Without adding the extra weight then, it sounds like I'll want to go with aftermarket UCAs?

Well I probably won't add a ton of weight until I can afford to replace both bumpers with steel ones.

Actually, maybe...

I just did a bunch of searching on ride height measurements, and it actually sounds like my front might be sitting at only 2.5-2.75" right now over stock, whereas with no extra weight I was thus 3.25-3.5" above stock. So, I can't quite conclusively suggest you would be able to maintain within specified alignment ranges without UCAs.

I finished my dual battery setup with both batteries in the stock location. Adding 50lbs up front lowered it another 1/8", and initial feelings are that it noticably softened up the ride.

I have now added a total of 230lbs over or in front of the front tires. About 60 of that is right over the tires in the form of my hi-lift and hi-lift winching chains, while the rest is on the bumper.

Even with an extra 250lb up front and 325lb in the rear, it was still stiffer than I wanted.

I swapped in some OME 890s in the rear and stock coils on the top perch of my 5100s up front. After my first 100 miles (city / highway / trails / mud), I am definitely happier. I lost about 1.5" up front and 1.37" in the rear, but both I and my family appreciate the softer ride.
