Whine from Transmission?

For the past couple months, there has been a whine while accelerating from a stop in gears 1-4. In 5th gear, the whine goes away. It has noticeably been louder this past week and I can only listen to the radio so loud in the morning...

I have read this,

https://www.toyota-4runner.org/5th-gen-t4rs/251464-whining-noise-engine-3.html

as well as others from search, but the best thing I've read to do about it is drown it out with music.

Truck is a 2016 Trail with 31k. No engine mods. I do have an oil change coming up at 32k or 33k, so I can see if that does anything. Meanwhile, here is my video of the whine. I've found you can hear it better with headphones, but you can hear it start around 1600RPM and continue into 4th gear. Once it shifts to 5th, its silent.

Should I just chalk it up to one of those normal anomalies these trucks have? Or is there something that can be done about it?

my 2015 trail does this. Only while lightly pressing the accelerator. If I let off the gas, it stops. It does not do it while coasting or decelerating, and it does not do it in neutral. It's definitely drive line related.

Its most obvious around 80kmph (50mph), and tapers off around 100kmph(60mph).
