Looking to order some OEM parts and wondering if i could get some positive feedback from their site before i pull the trigger.

Anyone order stuff from them? shipping speed? reliability? overall satisfaction?

Never there but have bought multiple times from toyotapartsbarn if you need any alternatives. They were fast to ship and always available by phone. Even returned something without question and got refund quick. Good luck. Regards.

I've bought from them. I'll say that I didn't look everywhere per say, but they were the best prices I found, HOWEVER, shipping sucked. If you're buying small parts, avoid, but if you save enough by making a bulk order, then consider it.
 
The one and the same! Very interesting! Do you get any deals from being close by? You could become a broker or something :P

when you say shipping sucked, you mean slow?
I am looking to order ball joints and outer tie rods, you think that would be considered small order?

+1 on the slow shipping. I placed an order sunday, still hasnt shipped as of today. Im in no particular hurry though so whatevs. If you can wait a full 7-9 days to get your stuff they are decent, if youre in a hurry, look elsewhere.
 
I ordered from them once. I ordered parts by specifiec Toyota part numbers. Be aware that if they have a cheaper alternative part, they will send you that part instead without telling you ahead of time. They do charge you less for the cheaper part, so they are not trying to rip you off. But you may not get the exact part number you want, if that matters to you.

Here's my warning on this, when I ordered brake pads for the Tundra upgrade:

I think shipping was more on the order of 30 dollars or something like that... I ordered LBJ's, brake pads, a bunch of gaskets and seals, etc. Just rather spendy for shipping in my opinion... Speed was decent from what I remember?

Parts were all OEM - some dumb shipping person though put the LBJ's in the same box as all the valve cover gaskets though :/ I would have said something had they torn, but amazingly they all shipped fine
