Who has an aftermarket head unit and a USB input?

I remember seeing someone on here having a pioneer head unit and a USB hookup that they rigged into their center console. I want to run a USB from the back of my head unit to the center console and have it cleanly placed. Let me know if you have done this

I ran mine out the bottom of the center console between it and the seat. I can pull it up when I want to connect and tuck it in between the seats when not using it. I thought about cutting a hole in the console, but decided against it in case I ever wanted to take it out.
