Why are TRD center caps fading?

The red TRD logo on my center caps are fading. One is almost all white. My dealership acted like they’d never seen it before. I’ve already replaced one center cap, will I just have to keep replacing these over time? All I do is run it through a car wash.

should remove them before going through a car wash, they will last longer

I would just repaint them.

Are they easily removed ?

Maybe try spraying with 303 UV protectant. A little late now thought, I would repaint it first.

My 2021 Trail came with these wheels. Same thing happened. I replaced them with some KMC wheels, and sold them, or I would post a pic.

I've had two of them that happened to. I just ordered new ones, they were like $14?
