Why do auto repair shops freak out when I say I have X-REAS 4Runner suspension?

I'm trying to locate a place to install FJ coils and Bilstein 5100's. Toyota dealer wanted $570 in labor and 6 hours of time. It can't take that long... That seems to be a lot in labor to tear out X-REAS on my '05 4Runner and install FJ coils and 5100's.

Realistically, how long should this take and what should I expect to pay in labor?

Should be about 3-4 hours to put in new suspension at the shop, so I would spent anything more then 350.
