Will 2011 sr5 running boards fit 2015 sr5?

Hello all,

First time posting here. I recently bought a 2015 4runner sr5 4x2 and I want to put running boards on it. I have a friend who said i could have the running boards off his 2011 4runner sr5 4x2... does anybody know if they would match up correctly? Thanks in advance for any info/recommendations

You could always just try them out. Bolts up quick with six bolts.

I know this is an old post...but did it work out? I bought a 2011 SR5 and want to put running boards from a 2015 Trail on it

Won't work. The pre-2014 SR5's have the low hanging rocker so it won't fit. You'll have to 2013 and older SR5 running boards or get any year Limited running boards.

They won’t. You need 2010+ Limited running boards or 2010-2013 SR5 running boards
