Will 2012 FJC Springs fit an 03' 4Runner?

I want to run the FJ\5100 combo to replace the XREAS on my 03' and found a set from a 2012. Are they a direct fit for my 4Runner or will they require modification? Thanks,

The coils would be a direct fit. If you were to use the 2012 fj shocks, those would require modification.

Yep, 2012 fj coils on the 5100s made for the 4th gen will bolt right up, several are running that setup.

Thanks for the info ARK_SWAMP_RIDER. I did search but couldn't find much info on the 2012 springs. I see that some folks mention that you have to mod the fronts springs for 2010+ but I can't find any write-ups on that mod or what it involves.

The mod is only for the shocks because the lower mount is bigger than the stock 4runner shocks. If you are only planning to use the coils from the 2012, no modification is required
