Will 20x8.5 10mm offset with 275/60/20 rub with a cornfed 3/2 kit?

I dont care about a little bit of rub on full lock in the front but I dont want them rubbing just driving normal. I'm not talking about the plastic liners either, I can pull those away, I'm worried about the frame

why not use 285/50 r20 ? isnt it close to stock tire size?
