Will 4th gen sliders work on a 5th gen?

Just as the title reads, will they fit. Seems that some are less expensive than others because of the model. Don't know if the frame has changed at all between the two gens

I don't know for sure, but I would guess no. Threaded holes in the frame are probably in different locations, and the 5th Gen is slightly longer and wider than a 4th Gen.

i do not know if this is the case for all sliders but see this thread as [MENTION=59079]jdemello[/MENTION] explains that his x-wing sliders are not 4th gen and 5th gen compatible:

i recommend contacting the manufacturer of the sliders to verify. but there is likely a reason why there is a 4th gen option and a 5th gen option...
