Will I be disappointed?

I have a 2002 T4R. I am putting the toytec ultimate lift on it. I am going with the level 8 MK6 -10 wheels. I love the old BFG KM's. I use to run them on a 99 Tacoma. They are only offered in 255/75R17 which is a 32.1x10R17. With the lift I am worried they might be a little small. I also like the BFG KM2 255/85R16 which is a 33..1x10R16 might be my better option. Anyone out there run either of these and have any info, rubbing, two small.......? The price difference between the two is only $70 to go with the 33 KM2.

Any info to help me decide on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I have 33" KM2's with a 3" lift and 1" spacers. Almost no rubbing at all, only under extreme flex do I get a little contact, but it's so infrequent it doesn't bother me a bit.

I'm running the 255 85 16's on stock rims, 1" body lift, and spidertrax spacers. I have had zero rub and kind of wish i wouldn't have done the body lift.

That looks really good. I may hold off on buying wheels and just put them on my stock 5 spokes

The 16's are back ordered with no eta. I may just get the 255/85R17 on the MK6 wheels and hope they don't rub with the 1.5" wider stance.

I know Jasonazx has the Cooper S/T Maxx in 285/75/16. After seeing his tires, and reading reviews I ordered myself a pair in the same size. Both he and I have the SS 1.2 kit though, and I have a body lift in the mail coming from shootmymime .

Looks like you can only get the Cooper 255/85-16 in and E, but you can get a 255/75-17 in a C.

Another interesting tidbit from their size/spec chart: they have a 255/80-17, which I can't say I've seen from any other manufacturer.
