No the mounts look to small and you would need 3+ inches in lift to run if they would fit. You could run bilstien 5125 with adaptor or fox lc rear shocks
A 1/2 inch heim is not going to be compatible with your lower shock mount on the axle. So unless you wanted to fabricate a lower mount, I don't think these will work for you. You would also need an adapter for the top mount (or weld in tabs).
The stock upper shock mount has a rod end connection, not a heim. You could make a shock mount on the outside of the frame with the proper end connection to run those shocks though.

Rod end and Heim are the same thing essentially, I think you meant to say factory upper mount is a stem mount. He could fab something outside of the frame or run an adaptor in the stock spot.
Thanks guys, I try to scan the internet daily to see if there are any good finds out there. I had a set of Total Chaos UCAs bought for 200 but this guy decided that he wanted to sell his "wrecked" truck for 4500 as a whole, in a week he's down to 3500. Sucks he only wanted 200
