Will these stock '00 rims fit Tundra 231mm 13WL Brakes

Anyone know if these stock 2000 5 star rims will fit the 2005 231mm Tundra brakes? I don't mind cutting the dust shield, but don't want to get into grinding caliper or rim down.

If not, does anyone know if they will fit the 199mm 13WE swap?
