wiper relay location

well my 84 didnt have intermitten wipers and tilt so i stole the column outta my friends parts rig and wiper motor but before i could find the relay he scraped the rig well i got the relay bought one but where the hell does it go its a green little box it would be nice to have intermitten wipers and is the anything else i need to do to get them to work

i looked at my FSM for my 85 and it shows it near the fuze box on the drivers side between the fuse box and the combo switch so its ether on the fuze box or somwere in the gauge cluster area. not to hard to get to.
