Wire cut at pigtail for running board lamp

I have 1 light out on my running boards. I finally got around to replacing it and found out that one wire is cut. There is about 1/8 inch of wire sticking out from the socket, not enough wire to splice it together. Does anyone know where I can get a pigtail/socket assembly?
I tried doing some online searches and could find the socket only but not the pigtail.
