So - anyone happen to have the wiring diagram for a 2000 4Runner with multimode transfer case? Looking for the wiring specifically for the transfer case and the 4x4 ECU.

Swapping a Multi-Mode t-case into a '98 is definitely a popular upgrade, but the wiring between the 1998 J-shift/ADD system and the 2000 Multi-Mode 4WD ECU has quite a few differences you'll want to watch out for.

Pay close attention to the 4WD ECU connectors. The '98 harness won't have the extra wires needed for the center diff lock switch and the additional position switches on the Multi-Mode actuator. You'll likely need to pin out the donor 2000 ECU herness connector or run custom leads.
