Ralphman is the man! I didn't think of removing the black clip because I could see it wasn't holding anything in the harness. But it covered that the harness was 3 pieces and showed the secondary clip. I will upload some pics in case someone runs across this.

The first pic shows with the black clip removed and the second shows the 3 components of the harness. There is a small slot in the secondary clip that is used just to pop out the secondary clip, not remove it.

The third pic shows the secondary clip popped enough, so that when inserting a needle to free the terminal clip from the other side, it will release. It also shows that I broke the other green wire that I now need to fix.

Thanks for the shoutout, but it was Ralphman that found the PDF that shows the secondary locking clip, I haven't ran into that style connector before,
so I learned something from this topic, it's Ralphman that deserves all the accolades here!!!

Party is right. I need to wait until tomorrow when I am done with this upgrade with my son. Man, the crimps are tough to open on these clips.

This is a foreign connector to me also, when in doubt refer to the service manual, stumbled across that while looking for the part number for the "special" tool and realized there was a secound lock. Looks like we all learnt us something

These are the tools I used. I grinded an 8d nail that was helpful.
