Yeah.. I would have loved to have my truck in a diesel less moving parts to break in the engine, great longevity, less high end, but wayyy more torque. and with the modern diesels you get some awesome mileage.

However, with the history and thus general opinion on diesel in this country I doubt we'll see an adoption like you see in Europe.

South America has the 2.4 diesel in the Hilux and Turbo Diesel Prado... Would love to have both here
