I may go with a different perforated metal, I just liked having the signals behind that area since it was "cleaner" than a big yellow lens in plain sight, in my opinion at least.

I'm all for "cleaner". Will be subscribed for updates.

More progress. The shape is there, just need to cut and fit the plate sections including the winch plate. I have a winch arriving on Friday so I can ensure the bumper will accept it just fine. I also have some perforated metal coming for the outer panels which should look clean and modern, and cool with an LED signal tucked in there behind it. I'm going to leave the hoops off of this one. If you notice, the mounts accept the factory recovery hooks so they can be moved from underneath to the front.

Looking good Josh.....If i may make one suggestion.....I would make it more like a rear bumper with the swing out tire carrier to fit a 4th gen. That would look really cool!.....LMAO!! Good job buddy!

Oh you mean this ol' thing?? Fun build, fun bike. KZ750 frame hacked up, hard tailed, 1000 motor crammed in, custom everything by yours truly....sold it, wish I had it back!

Looking good Josh! I'm Liking what you're doing with the front bumer. Excited to see the end product!! However, what you really should be working on...are rear bumpers!! With tire swing outs!! Love to see what that would look like coming out of your garage. Hint...hint!! We'll be watching!

Aluminum would be mega expensive, but awesome, but still expensive. Got the front plate in today, that will be standard. Should look great once the fairlead is installed. Also painted the recovery hooks red because that adds horsepower.
