me too!! i have bendtech but only the 3dez version which really doesnt do much more than the ez. they assume you know your way around axis and tangent measurement taking and all kinds of confusing variables. not to mention you have to enter your die information very precisely or all of the measurements it gives you will be wrong. its great stuff for sure, but you definitely have to do your part. unfortunately, only the pro version (i think) gives any help with notches, otherwise, its back to the calibrated eyeball (my right one lol)

working on the winch plate now, 3/16 steel and will be gusseted to the main support its sitting on.

Woa, that is NICE! I really like what you did with the expanded mesh stuff, really hides the ugly well Very impressed.
I'm not a fan of Diamond Plate, but I like the idea of a solid plate w/a fairing...
The hoops really match the lines of the truck well, I'd even consider that same approach with my bumper!

yeah, i kinda feel like diamond plate isn't "classy" enough for something like this, seems like pick-up truck stuff i guess but, i can get it in smaller quantities... with steel i would have to buy a whole sheet which is over 100 bucks at least.

winch plate gussets cut and welded in, they were cut from a 1/4" chunk of steel i had. I also decided to weld on the stock recovery points since they are pretty nice and tough, and they were just laying on the floor!

very true, but it sucks being stuck with a ton of leftover material.

i think just the plain sheet of metal with your logo on there and a fairlead would be sick.
great bumper and roof racks you my friend have great talent. im in the process of saving money for your roof rack by far my favorite rack on the market.

That looks really great! If you decide to start selling these, I'm sure you'd do well with them.
By the way, I love the short rack you sold me, I have people ask me about it at least once a week. When the time is right, I may have sell it and get one of the full length ones.
