Would 5.0 backspacing / 0 offset fit '05 2wd ok?f

I'm looking at some wheels that came up for sale locally with the following sizing.
They are 17x9 6-139.7, offset is 0mm, backspace is 5.0.
The tires are 265/70/17 Bf Goodrich All Terrian T/A KO.

Would there be an issue mounting these on a 2005 SR5 2wd 4Runner?

Well I didn't get an answer in time but wanted to find out the hard way so went ahead and bought the wheels with BF Goodrich TA KOs already mounted. I know the square edge is going to come into play but we'll see by how much. Too cold and rainy to mount them today... will post later this month.
I'm going to be really sad if it needs 1mm offset
