Would you do this?

Drove a '13 Limited today to compare handling to my 2012 SR5 (with Bilstein HD's). Nice! I sure liked the feeling in the corners.....mine, even with the Bilsteins doesn't track like this. Been thinking about doing the "upgrade", not liking the 2014 re-do. Found this 2013 Limited (same blizzard pearl) w black leather at a small town dealership. No options. Has 1,000 miles driven by "family" so that's a "hit" to me. They're talking $4,000 off and salesman suggested I ask NADA for mine, which has a few goodies: 3M frontal, running boards, tint, prodigy P2 , mud flaps.

Don't care about running boards as they're kind of useless, but would like flaps and 3M for our funky chip road.

So, those of you with Limiteds especially, please chime in. Would you do this deal for 5-6K difference + my car? Is it really worth it (I get no options)?

I would do it for the leather, heated seats and better stereo and not to mention, better resale value. My real question is how do you like the HD Bilsteins. Been thinking about doing these on my '12 SR5 since I spend 99% of my time on paved roads. Interested to hear your comments, thanks in advance

WV Runner.......Bilsteins helped a lot especially with the nose dive. Still not as firm as the Limited, but perhaps the 20" wheels have a bit to do with that. A definite improvement. Regarding the Limited's stereo, I think it is the same as it does not have the JBL system with the 15 speaker setup.

Love how it rides on the highway. Got it under 12L/100km (over 19mpg) in mostly highway driving however some hills in western New Brinswick and eastern Maine + some stop and go thru Boston and Providence, RI today on my way to Connecticut. Not superior mileage but again, this includes traffic and I don't drive slow either + full-time 4wd. Very happy

Don't know about the price, but I can't see how or why you would regret the upgrade. XREAS makes a noticeable difference.

Just do it, I have never regretted buying my LE, I love everything about it and only wish it had memory and ventilated seats....Trust me you will not be wondering if I did the wrong thing

If I'm going to trade my vehicle it would be for something different. Pretty much anything you're trading for you could add to your existing 4R. my opinion.

I love my wife's LE.

I love my LE, but I would rather trade into a used GX460. Then you really have it all including KDSS and an excellent V8.
