Sure... We usually go to SC Village. Would like to try Jungle Island.

I'm not that good, but my kids (specially my 10 yr old) kicks ass.

He's usually one of the last to stay in the game. Sneaky... lol

I'm thinking of getting 285/70/17 on my rig...

Do you think that this will clear with the 3" cornfed?

I noticed that you got 285/75... Is that 17"? Does yours scrape?

I checked the tire calcutor and the only difference is height (75 profile is a bit taller). The width is the same. I'm thinking of trading-in the 265/70/17 Revos.

I have 16" wheels. It took some trimming to get them to fit. The back was not a problem. There's enough room stock as is for them in the back, you do have to take off the mudflaps though. With the lift in the front, the tires will clear by removing the flaps and doing some trimming on the plastic near the front area of the wheel well. At the extreme turning points, there is some harmless rubbing on the sway bar. I say harmless in my own opinion as the sway bar is rounded and does not mark the tire or mess with anythingelse. I have had a few guys check it to make sure, they all agreed with me.
I am starting to think about getting the sway-away coil overs instead of the Donahoe's. The Sway's come with a new sway bar, which should help.

On the paintball tip, I got a tippman A-5 with the e-trigger, flatline barrel, expansion chamber and tac sling. I love the thing. Im not that great either, but definetly should play. Jungel Island is lots of fun, haven't been to SC village yet.

cornfed lifts

hello , i have my own shop .. auto garage shop .. but sad to say that i have a partner in this business so i would love to help for free but i can't.. since i do have a shop i can give u good deals on installin it if u want.. my shop is in Long Beach.. but my garage ceilings are shallow so it might fit or might not.. but i raised my 4Runner so am sure it would fit yours aswell.. let me know ..

Jungle Island is suppoed to be nice. It's off the 15 fwy south of Corona. Haven't been there yet, but would like to try. Seems like Bala has been there

Pics from the Wrenchathon

While these are WAY overdue, I thought I'd post some pics from the Wrenchathon we had a few weeks ago.

The Participants:
- Myself (proud owner of a Cornfed 1 inch F/R lift)
- Goodtimes (without whom, we wouldn't have been able to do this!)
- Bala de Plata (who provided the location and was also instrumental in this project)
- JMT529 (that's his T4R we're installing a Cornfed 2 1/2" front, 2" rear lift on)
- Kenn (who helped with all the work and got some ideas for his future lift)

And here are some pics of my T4R with the Cornfed 1 inch front & rear lift. I went with a 1 inch lift to restore some clearance space in my wheel wells after upsizing my tires. She my look stock but is actually 1 1/2" taller than a true stock T4R.

Can you guys do me a favor and measure the distance between the tires and fenders. If you could post all 4 sides, please.

I've noticed that after the cornfed, the gaps differ a bit.

Maybe I'm being too picky...

Front dr: 7" ---- Front ps: 7 1/4"

Rear dr: 9 1/8" ---- Rear ps: 8 1/2"

I picked a reference point on the sidewall design to measure.

It seems like the rear gap difference is almost 3/4". Is this normal? What's curious is that instead of one side being lower than other, the lower sides are actually criss-cross (front dr and rear pass). Weird.

I'm thinking that the cornfed install was done wrong. Once again, maybe i'm being picky.

I had XREAS problem because the shop that did the spacer install disconnected the line that come off the front shocks. It was sent to the Toyota dealer for repairs due to this. The dealer just replaced the center absorber units and said that's all it's required according to Toyota tech department. The dealer had no interest in saving money for the shop, so I don't think they were trying to save money for them. Maybe this is causing the difference in gap?

TRD exhaust

wow having the TRD exhaust and the k&N kit , it makes alot of difference .... i can't wait till i put the charger on .. the guy i bought the charger from let his friend ship it to me and he put the wrong address.. but oh wells another week till i get it for sure.. i hope..
