The PO had decided to increase the air flow into the intake by cutting a huge chunk out of the air box, on the corner, with a nail file it looks like. He actually showed it to me when I was looking it over and was very proud of it. I, however, was and am less than impressed. The only way I can think to close it back up would be to bend and bond some sheet around the corner but I'm not crazy about the idea.

So I am in search of an unmolested (no deck plate mod) factory 5vz-fe air box. I checked out eBay and people seem to be asking quite a bit for these. I do not know what these are actually worth but will gladly pay a fair price for a factory item in good condition.
