WTB: 3rd Gen PA/NY/NJ

I am getting back into a 4runner after i just traded in my 2014 WRX. Im leasing a car right now but am sick of a car payment at 22 years old

Looking to buy a 3rd gen with somewhat low miles and if its built that would just be a benefit.

My old 3rd gen had Icon/Camburg lift parts and was a 1 owner car...that owner being my family so i am going to be fairly picky.

I'm open to selling mine.

2000 SR5 Auto, black with gray int.
182xxx miles.
ARB bumper, Skid Row engine and transmission skid plates.
Tundra TRD front coils with OME struts, OME890 coils and struts in the back (2+ inch lift).
Tundra brake upgrade.
265/75's

My current DD, runs great. Some minor dings and scratches, no bad rust. Maintenance over the past few years has included new steering rack, new power steering pump, CV joints, lower control arms and ball joints, muffler and tail pipe.
