Don't have a source, unfortunately - but also curious!
Currently hoping to switch out rear bumper with alum / steel fab'ed option with 2" receiver already on it - but I had lost both of my chain rings on my stock hitch from rocks/boulders and went to local shop to replace. Moral of the story:
DON'T USE CURTIS HITCH on your 4runner. Why?
1. It mounts below the bumper, rather than sticking out the receiver flush from the dedicated, molded receiver cut-out on the stock bumpers.
2. Block the trailer light connector, entirely.
Needless to say, I returned the hitch.

If you are looking for the v6 hitch, any hitch from a 2003-present will fit. The 5th gen hitch is the same part number. I ended up picking one up off the forums a few years back for a 2015 when he installed a steel bumper. I don't have one but that should help open your search some more.
