WTB: 4th gen, relatively unmodded, East Coast

Looking to buy a 4th gen 'Runner for my mother.

Ideally, full documentation and relatively few mods.
Under 200k miles would be ideal, but I don't need one with 2 miles.
Near to Boston or Philly would be ideal, but will happily travel for the right car.

Will pay with cash in hand, because that's only right.

just posted mine for sale in the forums here.

I am about 45 min outside of boston - 163K miles - no mods besides some plastidip wheels, badges and LED interior lighting.

2nd owner here - have TONS of documentation from the original owner - including the original window sticker and toyota 4runner brochure from 2003.

runs great - needs nothing - just passed inspection couple days ago

limited trim - heated seats, sunroof, leather, home link etc.

Love it -- just bought a new truck for growing business needs so too many cars in the driveway right now -
