I am looking for the two arms that come off the cross member and go forward. these are the arms that hold the front bumper. I will take a clean cut from the cross member or a cross member forward and cut myself.

This is exactly the reason we're parting our 97 out. Rust rotted from the cross forward to the bumper. Wondering if this is common to 3rd gen sr5s or just good luck on our part? Surprised to see one in the South have this problem, I always blamed Michigan's crap roads and even crappier ice crews.
