I am assuming that since I have a 4wd I have the "tall" springs? I just passed the 200K mile mark and needed to replace shocks, struts, bushings, steering rack, etc.. While I was in there I replaced the springs as well on all 4 corners.... You are welcome to them if you pay for the shipping. I am in Northern Cali...

If you can't find used talls AutoZone has aftermarket ones cheap online. $75 after tax and shipping for the rears, I think fronts were only slightly more. Finally, if your 99 came stock with 16" wheels, I think you have talls. If you do and he doesn't take them I probably would.
