WTB: clean 4th gen spare wheel

Looking for a very clean 4th gen spare wheel to replace the alloy spare under my rig which is severely corroded with leaking tire. Looking for local pickup in central PA, eastern PA, or central NJ. Don't want to spend more than $50. I have a tire to put on it. Thanks!
