They are brand new. I thought I could have the jack and the basket on the roof at the same time but theres not enough room. I did mount them using the mighty mounts but didn't put the jack in them. They've been sitting collecting dust. As you know they are $45 new from Slee, locally I was asking $40 but I'll do $45 the original cost and ship priority mail for free.
