WTF is up with Trail Duty Customer Service?

this is from my personal experience with Trail Duty. Back in january i was looking for the Gobi rack. i called them numerous times to find out more about the rack and nobody answered the phone, not even answering machine. so i said **** it and bought something else. just my experience with them. now everybody have a beer and chill.
Hey uhh.....has anyone had the same the same experience. Pretty legit.
Its cool all my threads get locked up because some ahole comes on it and trys to be an internet warrior. Im a grown man and wont set there and hear it. Im sure you have walked over alot of folks on here and wherever else you loiter. Not this guy.
I appreciate everyone that has piped up with there experience. Its my fault for not doing a little more research. The racks came highly recommended and the deal TD had going was a great buy.....at the time. Gobi is local to me somewhat. Might just "swing by" next time in Denver area.
Will move on to the lift and get the 285's ordered for her ride next week.

Good point. Don't act surprised when you are receiving the same customer experience as everyone else. Yes it sucks, but it sounds like you are receiving similar treatment. Get your money back and buy something else...

Ok names calling aside, three questions:
1. How long did it take TD to deliver your rack?
2. Is TD's website full-of-shit saying 6-8 week lead time?
3. Who would you recommend in lue of TD?
All the mental midgets who don't understand how frustrating it is to be deceived by a vendor should go drive wranglers.
