The seal that runs from front to back under the chrome bars. That ***** came halfway off in the car wash. Im driving home and I hear this noise and look in my passenger mirror and see it hanging off. I just pushed it back in. How are these supposed to be held in there? It was a very high pressure wash that Ive never used but still.....

Water at a high pressure can cut metal. I'm not shocked that nozzles facing the right position could blow that seal out.

happened to me as well, few scratches on the side. reinstalled that piece, went to car wash few more times after that, seems ok.

Crazy! Luckily no scratches for me, the wash was only a half mile away. It pushed right back to where it was supposed to go. Crazy it came out like that.

Did this happen at one of those "laser wash" facilities or was it a "brush" type wash?
It was a touchless but while I was sitting in there I noticed how the water was super high pressure compared to the one I usually use.

I lost mine completely from a car wash as well, $64 from the dealer for that piece.
