Roof rack - how to take off & check for leaks

I think my roof rack is leaking and the water shows under the passenger side front foot area carpet and rear foot area carpet.

How do you get the covers off the roof rack and "seal" the bolts going through the roof?

Can I buy the rubber gasket the roof rack attaches to?
