4300k Philips look just as good from the cockpit as it does from the side.

No photo tricks here, samsung s8 on auto at ~10PM in zion this past weekend.

Of course I ran out of time to make adjustments and had quite a few people flashed me on my morning commute. Made more adjustments so we'll see how that goes. Now I need to upgrade the fogs!

I had to give them a full 20 clockwise turns with a screwdriver to get them low enough. 10 turns and I was still getting flashed. If the street signs seem too bright and you feel like you don't need your high beams that much keep going

bought a pair of H11's w/o the CANbus for a 2018 TRD Off Road. Should be the same right? only time will tell i guess!

Canbus is not needed for the low beams on the 4Runner so the lights will work without any issues.

Does anyone have any info on the longevity of these lights? Still have a set of 5000k HID that I need to install, but have my reservations for some odd reason.

Was your question in regards to LED bulbs? If so we have the Xtreme LED Pro kit rated at 50,000 hours.

Just wanted to follow up on this. Danny quickly connected with me via email and helped me diagnose the issue. He shipped out a new LED driver ASAP which I just installed and confirmed fixed the issue.

Been eyeing up the 4300K Phillips HIDs and Baja Design amber fogs. Just drove an hour home in the rain and that did it for me buying that killer combo deal. I can’t wait til they get here.

After surfing numerous threads about all this I went with the Phillips 4300K HIDs and the amber wide cornering BD. I sat on the BDs a while until i learned I can change em to driving combo or whatever else. Not being totally committed to one BD setup is outstanding.

That is one great feature of the Baja Designs fog lights!

I would recommend taking a look at our Xtreme Pro H11 LED Kit which will fit behind your housing as it has flexible aluminum heatsinks.
