HID 4300k Phillips low beam, which have a couple of hours on them currently. So, they should get a bit brighter along with adding some whiteness to the color.

Just pulled the trigger for HID's H11 kit 5,000 for my T4R and a H4 led kit for my Tacoma. Shipped out today from Xenon Depot. Now just need to wait for the kits and TRD Pro to be delivered next week.:banana:

legitimately, no.

Manufacturers are very quick to blame anything aftermarket as being a culprit for anything that may/may not go wrong with the vehicle. The nice thing is that the kits are plug+play and can be removed.

looks good! how do the high beam LEDs work in DRL mode? my lighting knowledge is limited, but i thought using LEDs would cause flicker in the lower output DRL mode

I haven't noticed any flicker but they do come with a small hook up that is supposed to prevent flickering if you need it.

The DRL's serve their purpose but provide no useful light when in DRL mode. I can tell that they're on but I quickly flip my low beams on if I need to "see".

I received the Philips 2700K. They look great except for a minor flaw (I can't tell if this might just be me or the angle I took the picture) but it seems as the passenger side is more yellow than the drivers side. Thoughts?

Keep in mind that I locked the focus of the picture to the centre of the bumper.

I suspect that it has to do with the aiming of the fog light, or the way that the picture was taken as the bulbs are identical.

You can try swapping them left to right to disprove / prove that theory though

am going to switch my low beams to the xenondepot HID h11 kit and the fogs to the LED bulbs.
How do you adjust/reaim the headlights/foglights so as to make sure one does not blind oncoming traffic?

Does anyone know if the ballasts make a buzzing sound?

There is a hole on each side of the engine just above the headlights. I believe it's a philips 3 & u just turn to adjust the height of your low beams.

There is a small amount of noise when the headlights turn on but unless your directly in front of the lights you'll never hear it.

Just installed my Xtreme hid in my 2014. So far work great. Noticed one thing , when turning off the driver will turn off faster than the passenger by about a second. Does anyone know if that's normal? I used the canbus resister.

To me, it's not as yellow as I would like it. I was hoping for REALLY yellow. They claim a 2700K temp rating but it's more like a 3500k - 3700K (yellowish white).

Apologies for the vague explanation but I was going off of a kelvin temp chart haha
