XREAS enhanced suspension on 07 sport - hydraulic fluid leaked out!

Hey guys, somewhat of an emergency here. I was doing my daystar spacer install and didint properly releive the line that connects the hydraulic reservoir to the stock strut. Is it possibl to just top this off? Also where do I get this fluid? The dealer doesn't have it much appreciated!

i *think* they do. [MENTION=87687]LTDSC[/MENTION] had tacoma stuff on his rig for a while. at least im pretty sure the front will.

yeah the FR and RL and FL and RR shocks are all cross linked, you ned to ditch the whole system if it leaks too much.

Spacers should fit, but may give too much lift with taco stuff

i had Tacoma struts on mine for a long time, theyre direct bolt on for the front, the rear will need new lower sleeves to work. The daystar should effectively lift like the 4runner set up. My set up was tacoma struts and 2.5" lift spacers. I was at 38" fender height with 265/70/17s. Rode great too. Id still be on them if i didnt find the coilover deal i did.

Like mentioned, if you replace one piece you might as well replace the whole way around.

Good to know thank. How much of a lift do Taco struts give do you know? I understand that 4.25 is usually the cap unles I get new UCAs. However even if I am under that I do not want my vehicle looking tall in the front only lol. That's rediculous. I am also dOing the 1.5s in the rear

Youll get about the same as FJ springs just the struts alone. so about .5-1" depending how used. I was about 3" with the 2.5 and tacoma struts.

Ok thanks. Those are what I have. So with the spacers I should have a 3-3.5 in front and 1.5 in the rear. Do you think that will look funky? Last thing I want is a rig that looks like its climbing a hill all the time lol

may have a little reverse rake.

Since your the expert, do you know if my entire suspension is screwed because of the xreas hose? Because both front and back stock are part of it. Also, how would I go about bypassing this for the front? Can you plug it?

you sadly cant plug it. Its an all or nothing system.

Craaaap this is bad news. Would the stock rears still operate even without the XREAS? Also would I be able to throw rear stock taco coils on and if so would they give me a lift? Surprisingly tacos like to use our rear system

theyll spew oil everywhere. Its crossed with eachother. Front Left is with Rear Right. Vice/Versa. So they wont just operate on their own if you were to remove others.
