xreas lost fluid

I installed the daystar 2.5/1.5 lift last night and removed the xreas line going into the front shock on the passenger side. lost a little bit of fluid, am i screwed?

I think you are. Thats what I was told when I asked if they could move it to install new coils up front. Nobody would touch it until I just had them remove the entire system to put OME coils and Pro Comp shocks on.

The upside is that your truck is 12 years old and unless it has been replaced before, it was due soon or overdue anyways.
 
i guess i will be getting some new shocks and doing away with xreas. I havent really noticed a difference yet in ride quality though

Don't meant to bring up an old thread but the same thing happened to me.i was doing the lift and lost some fluid from the drive side strut. What I wanted to know was how much of a ride difference did you see? I really don't want to replace any suspension yet if I don't have to.

Have you heard of anyone just bleeding the system and driving that way?
