You should do the body mount relocate. I think you're gonna have to cut way more than that.

My just-finished look didnt last long..
Spent some time last 2 weeks installing the diff drop (surprising difference, my cvs are just about parallel), rebooting both axles, sway bar relocation. Installed the victory 4x4 ladder, gas can, relocated shovel mount, blah blah blah. Then I pulled off my spidetrax spacers and listed wheels for sale. Have a guy coming to get them Friday.
With that said.. i also installed a 1" body lift, pulled off the nfab steps, did an aggressive body mount chop (not welding it in, cant see too much of a point from a structural perspective.. ), cut and beat in the pinch welds in the fender, trimmed the fenders a bit, did the front diff fluid change, installed some ditch light pods, etc.
The tires have delivered and wheels should be here tomorrow.. pretty excited to go to 35s... but it was a late night wishful decision when I couldn't sleep...and well...35s...here I come... lol

Worked on test fitting my new wheels. Got these 16's to clear the big breaks with a 1/4" spacer. Super pumped to get to run them.

Love all the 12V sockets. And Glad I'm not the only one rocking the ODI shifter handle!Added some more usb quick charge/12v ports in the whip. The ones up front and back are hot all the time and 2nd row is with key in ignition.

Pics when it's done, the wheels are nice, curious to see the finished product!Changed out these upper coolant hoses with OEM hoses and clamps.

Also removed fenders and began sketching out a plan for pinch welds, body mount chop, and fender trimming. 35's should be here this week! Picking up suspension tomorrow.

Hey not yet at least! Haha.Thats awesome. Do you have any issues or wonder if all those "hot" ports will kill the battery at some point? I mean they are low powered, I get that. I just thought of doing the same!
I spent all of yesterday taking off all four calipers, cleaning them, replacing the seals, and putting them back together. First time touching brakes, but learned a lot.
Now I get to spend the next few hours working through getting them all back on, and then flushing and bleeding the brake lines for the first time.
After all that, I'm replacing all four O2/Air Fuel Sensors. I want to do a writeup with pictures on that process as I struggled to find any help with that process anywhere. However, as I just created this account, I assume I can't create a thread yet because I need to post a few replies first?

Changed diff and transfer case fluids with Mobil-1. Can’t get the drain plug off the front. Made an appointment with the dealer to take it off. Purchased a Lexus GX diff plug, which uses a socket.

You need one of these. Not sure of the name. But it came right off with ease.Changed diff and transfer case fluids with Mobil-1. Can’t get the drain plug off the front. Made an appointment with the dealer to take it off. Purchased a Lexus GX diff plug, which uses a socket.
