I have them on a switch. I thought about making a hood switch and having them automatically come on, but I figured there might be times when I don't want them on when the hood is open.

I simply have the two wires coming off of the strip; one goes straight to a grounding point (which I used a ring terminal on the stock body ground point right near the battery), and the other goes through a grommet, to a switch, back through the grommet, and finally connects with a ring terminal on the fuse box power in.

Thanks! Good choice, haha. I tried to do that, and it didn't quite work. The rear you can get away with the stock shocks, but I couldn't get the front ones to work, sadly. I'd suggest at least getting new front shocks with the coils, and then getting the rears when you can!
